I'm a research student/programmer, so I'm pretty much glued to the computer every day...which really doesn't help my eyes O_o
When I'm not working, I'm most likely to be watching something, playing games, browsing the internet or make a few webpages, or out for food with friends or family.
...as my doctor would say, "That's not a very active lifestyle. It's bad for your health." =/
